Swegene is a consortium within the field of functional genomics, established by the Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg University and Lund University/the Lund Institute of Technology. It is funded mainly by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and the service is offered at highly subsidized prices.
